We built Diver because GA4 buries the only metric that matters.
Diver is built by Green Hat Web Solutions, a small product and engineering studio. We work with marketing teams, agencies, and founders who care more about pipeline than pageviews.
Our point of view
GA4 is powerful and free, and it's the right place for your raw data to live. But its defaults are wrong for the people who pay for marketing. Conversions are buried inside the Events report, channel performance requires custom explorations, and stitching Google Ads to GA4 to GSC is something most teams never get around to.
Privacy-first analytics tools (Plausible, Fathom, Simple Analytics) solve a different problem — they make traffic dashboards beautiful and cookieless. They don't fix the conversion-reporting gap. They sidestep it.
Diver sits in the middle: a managed workspace on top of the data you already have in GA4, GSC and Ads, focused entirely on conversions — who's converting, where they came from, what they're worth, and what to do next.
How we work
