By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Diver provides analytics, reporting, and optimization tools designed to help organizations understand marketing and website performance.

The Service aggregates and processes data from authorized third-party platforms and presents insights, metrics, and recommendations.

The Service does not manage advertising accounts, financial accounts, or customer relationships.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate account information
• Protecting login credentials
• Managing access permissions
• Ensuring authorized use of connected data sources

You agree not to:

• Share credentials with unauthorized users
• Attempt to bypass security controls
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes

By connecting third-party platforms to the Service, you grant permission for Diver to:

• Access authorized analytics and performance data
• Store and process synchronized data
• Generate reports and recommendations

You may disconnect integrations at any time.

Diver relies on data provided by external platforms.

We do not guarantee:

• Data completeness
• Data accuracy
• Availability of third-party services
• Continuity of integrations

You acknowledge that analytics results may vary due to external system changes.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate laws or regulations
• Attempt unauthorized system access
• Interfere with system operation
• Reverse engineer the platform
• Upload malicious code or data

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Maintenance
• System upgrades
• Infrastructure failures
• Third-party outages

Paid plans (Pro, Enterprise) are billed monthly or annually in US dollars. Promo codes may be applied at checkout. Refund requests within 14 days of purchase will be reviewed in good faith.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diver shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data
• Loss of revenue
• Business interruption
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Decisions made based on analytics results

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Present security risks
• Engage in abusive or fraudulent activity

You may terminate your account at any time.

We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time.

Reasonable notice will be provided when possible.
